Best Practices and Tips for Service Providers

Effective Bidding

Service Buyers post jobs on the CAD Crowd site that are
either one time fixed cost projects or ongoing hourly projects. Service Providers can search projects and registered users can be invited by buyers to place bids. Service Providers
must register as a user and specify areas of expertise prior to biding.
There is a healthy level of competition among Service Providers and it
is important to state your proficiencies to ensure the best project
matches.

For every project posted, it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s advised to go through
employer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s profile and feedback. Experienced job providers write
detailed profile information to make the service providers
understand about their requirements. In case the profile of the job
provider does not have enough information, either the job provider may
be new and inexperienced or you must contact them for various details.
The feedback of previous projects always gives a clear picture how a job
provider has been to work with for past projects. It is recommended to
research the job provider before entering into any contract.

With many bids to be viewed for a project your bid should be unique and
concise to attract the attention of the buyer. Read the project fully
and carefully and send customized bids based on the requirements stated.
Sometimes buyers include a sentence or phrase in the description asking
the bidders to mention a particular aspect or to include something it
in their bids. The purpose of reading the description is to understand
the project well and submit an appropriate and accurate bid.

If you have doubts or are unclear about the project, ask all the questions
through the Project Clarification Board to understand the project
better. Mention your bid and be precise, clear and specific to the
point; avoid long and unnecessary descriptions, the buyer may not have
time to go through long descriptions. After the bidding use private
message board to provide more information that are left out in the bid.

Work samples of previous work can be uploaded or URL links can be included
with private messages. Ensure the samples are appropriate to the project
involved, also it is recommended to water mark your samples for your
protection. Your price should be competitive but it doesn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t need to be
the lowest. If special skills are involved for the project, charging
higher can be justified. As new service providers,
charging less is often recommended to establish a positive rating and
feedback for your company. Your skill claims should be honest and
representative in order to get projects. Inflated claims should be
avoided as it will hurt your rankings and future opportunities. Check
your bids for correct spelling; ensure it has all the necessary details
which is written properly; be sure to attach the necessary files.

If the Service Buyer has awarded you the contract for a project, go
through the details once again carefully. For any clarifications
communicate with the buyer to resolve any potential issues prior to
committing to the project. Accept a project only after understanding
fully what it entails, otherwise it is recommended to decline the
project.

User Payments
Once a provider has been selected, funds are safely transferred into the
CAD Crowd Trust Account (escrow) payment system by the
Service Buyer where funds are held until terms of the contract have been
completed. Every CAD Crowd user is provided with an account
where transfers can be made between user accounts and deposit or
withdrawal funds using PayPal, MoneyBookers or wire transfers.

Payment from buyers to providers must be made through CAD Crowd
Trust Account (Escrow) which provides numerous advantages to both the
buyer and provider. These advantages include secured payment transfer
and providers receive confidence that funds are waiting to be released
to them upon successful completion of the project terms. Each party also
has the benefit of having access to the Dispute Resolution Service in
the case of any issues.

Payment is usually dispersed at the end
of a project once terms have been met or through releasing payment in
segments as the project progresses after reaching each milestone.

Project Completion and Feedback
Once the project has been completed with the contract terms being met, the
Service Buyer will release escrow payment to the Service Provider.

Once payment is has been completed, the rating and feedback system for the
project completed becomes activated. This provides the opportunity for
both the Service Provider and service Buyer to rate the performance of
one another on a scale of 1-10; they can also express feedback by
posting comments. After both the parties have posted comments and
feedback, they will be available to the public. If only one party posts
feedback, it will be made automatically available for public view after
14 days.

The sign up, usability and work process is easy to use
